Madama Palace in Turin

The Royal Madama Palace

The Palace was the residence of the two Royal Madams: Christine of France and Maria Giovanna Battista Savoy Nemours.

It 'a building that embodies all the centuries of the city's history: from the 1st century BC when it was founded, until the Italy Unification events.

Aside from showing all the beauties of the most disparate architectures, it is home to the Civic Museum of Ancient Art of the City of Turin. Precious objects and paintings are housed in the Museum rooms.

The Portrait of a Man by Antonello da Messina is one of the masterpieces here.
